Responsibilities
Salary: $45,000-60,000 annual salary, plus benefits
 Full-cycle bookkeeping processing in QBO for multiple entities of
 Daily cash management
 Bookkeeping
 Prepare the weekly accounts payable vendor check run
 Accounts Receivable
 Post sales receipts from non-integrated CRM
 Reconcile revenue, COGS, and deposits from integrated-CRM/POS
 Journal Entries as necessary
 Payroll data entry and reconciliation (ADP)
 Compliance
 Sales & Hotel tax
 Assist with information to federal tax preparer
 1099 processing & W9 maintenance
 Worker’s compensation audits
 Others as needed

 Reconcile vendor statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies
 Process employee expense reports
 Prepare daily bank deposits
 Complete daily bank account reconciliations
 Post customer payments to the accounts receivable system
 Inventory management
 Intercompany transaction reconciliation
 Accrual-based accounting
 Other duties as needed

Requirements
 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
 Associates in Accounting and/or bookkeeping certifications (ex: NACPB, AIPB)
 QuickBooks Online software experience
 Attention to detail
 Self-starter
 In-Person
